Orders & Payments

Product availability, prices, delivery charges and applicable promotions are those confirmed before checkout. Orders are subject to payment authorization, stock availability and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure or a material listing error; any payment collected for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be handled as required by law.

Handcrafted Creations

Our creations are individually handcrafted with natural gemstones and selected materials. Natural inclusions and reasonable variations in stone placement, color, texture and weight are inherent features of artisanal work. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Product descriptions and photographs identify the selected design and its characteristics.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges Policy provide the applicable procedures. International collection, transport, insurance, import charges and customs obligations follow the arrangements described in our shipping policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Website & Intellectual Property

ZINATY HERITAGE's original branding, photographs, product designs and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Commercial reproduction, impersonation, unauthorized use of our trademarks and misuse of the website are prohibited.

Liability & Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Applicable law and competent courts will be determined under mandatory legal rules.
