1. The Individual Character of Our Creations

Our pyramids are individually handcrafted using genuine natural gemstones.

Even when two creations belong to the same design, slight variations in gemstone placement, natural colors, inclusions, and finished weight may occur.

These differences are part of the authentic character of handcrafted work and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because of the delicate nature and individual craftsmanship of our creations, ZINATY HERITAGE does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or an incorrect choice of size, design, or gemstone.

We encourage customers to make their selections thoughtfully before completing their orders.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

Our pyramids are carefully packaged to protect them during transportation.

For deliveries within Lebanon, our intended procedure is for the customer and delivery representative to inspect the creation together at the time of handover.

We ask customers to examine the outer packaging for visible damage, carefully open the package with the delivery representative present, inspect the creation for visible cracks or breakage, and confirm its condition before signing the delivery acknowledgment.

Where an inspection is completed, the delivery acknowledgment will record the condition observed at handover.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your creation arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact our atelier as soon as possible.

Kindly provide your order number, photographs of the creation and its packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will carefully review the circumstances and work with you to arrange the resolution you prefer, whether a refund or a replacement creation.

Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and every concern will be handled with care, fairness, and personal attention.

5. International Orders

For international orders, customers arrange their own shipping through a carrier of their choice.

We carefully prepare the creation for collection and coordinate its handover to the designated shipping company.

Any transport damage, loss, or delivery dispute should be reported promptly to both the carrier and ZINATY HERITAGE so the circumstances can be reviewed.

We recommend selecting an insured shipping service suitable for fragile handcrafted objects.
