Absolutely. Our creations are designed to be meaningful gifts, combining natural beauty, artisan craftsmanship, and thoughtful presentation.

Yes. Each ZINATY HERITAGE creation, including our pyramids and gemstone jewelry, is accompanied by an atelier-issued Certificate of Authenticity. It records the piece’s handcrafted origin and its gemstones and materials. This certificate is our maker’s declaration of gemstone authenticity; it is not an independent gemological laboratory report or a diamond-grading document.

Handle your pyramid gently, preferably with both hands. Keep it on a stable, level surface, away from edges, direct heat, and prolonged intense sunlight. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive products or harsh chemicals.

Carefully remove your pyramid from its protective packaging and place it temporarily on a soft, stable surface.

Take out the two protective display layers, arrange them as shown in our unboxing guide, and gently position your pyramid on top.

This presentation helps protect your furniture while beautifully displaying your creation.

We are preparing delivery arrangements for customers across Lebanon. Available destinations, delivery charges, and estimated times will be confirmed during checkout.

At present, ZINATY HERITAGE does not arrange international shipping directly.

International customers are welcome to organize collection and delivery through a shipping company of their choice, such as Aramex, UPS, or DHL.

We will carefully prepare and package your creation and coordinate its handover to your designated carrier.

All international shipping arrangements, transportation fees, customs duties, and applicable import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
