Every ZINATY HERITAGE creation begins its journey in our atelier, where it is carefully prepared and packaged to help protect its beauty and delicate craftsmanship.
We believe that the care given to your creation should continue from our hands to yours.
1. Delivery Within Lebanon
ZINATY HERITAGE has delivery services throughout Lebanon.
Our creations will be collected from our atelier in Adma, Mount Lebanon, by our designated delivery partner.
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated arrival times will be communicated at checkout or confirmed before the order is finalized.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary depending on the dimensions, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of your order.
The applicable delivery fee will be communicated before your purchase is confirmed.
3. Order Preparation
Each creation is individually inspected and carefully packaged before leaving our atelier.
Our pyramids are protected with packaging selected for their dimensions and delicate construction.
As many of our pieces are handcrafted, preparation times may vary according to the availability and readiness of the selected creation.
We will communicate the expected dispatch arrangements when your order is confirmed.
4. Receiving Your Creation
Your satisfaction and the safe arrival of your creation are important to us.
For deliveries within Lebanon, we intend to arrange an inspection procedure with our delivery partner.
We ask that you inspect your creation in the presence of the delivery representative, whenever this service is available.
Before signing the delivery acknowledgment, please check that the creation is intact and corresponds to your order.
If you notice visible damage, report it immediately to the delivery representative and contact our atelier.
5. International Shipping
At present, ZINATY HERITAGE does not arrange international shipping directly.
International customers are welcome to organize collection and delivery through a shipping company of their choice, such as DHL, UPS, or Aramex.
We will carefully prepare and package your order and coordinate its handover to your designated carrier.
International shipping charges, transport insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility.
Please contact our atelier before arranging international collection so that we can confirm your creation's readiness and provide the necessary handover information.
6. Delivery of Fragile Creations
Our crystal pyramids are decorative handcrafted objects that require careful handling.
We recommend that customers retain their protective packaging until the creation has been inspected and safely positioned in its intended space.
